writes: My penis especially the head has little or no feeling at the best of times. I can masturbate successfully with my hands on shaft , but never really touch the head, as it has no real positive sensation. If I am receiving oral or attempting vaginal sex within a minute or so my penis will go limp as it's almost like I can’t feel anything. (the girl knows its in but if I didn’t look I wouldn’t). I also hate any wet feelings all over my penis - saliva /lubricant /etc..Not sure if I should see a doc or what, any ideas on how I can give my penis head sum life/feeling , as it seems all types of sex revolves around this.

I sincerely suggest the above as the GP is not even qualified to deal with this; I URGE you to see an Urologist.I do not wish to speculate on the various issues and do not bleive anybody on this site is qualified to give you the correct information.PLEASE do take care of your health.Best wishes.
