 Here's a little info about "guys".....
He MAY still have your email addy.... and just doesn't feel like contacting you....
He MAY have gotten a "better offer" .... say, from some little tart who made it clear that she was going to put out for him.... and so he's spending all his time communicating with HER......
AND, he may really be "in to" you... but doesn't know how to send an e-mail....
No matter which it is... YOU need to take the initiative and get to where he is ... and take him aside and say: "Hey, (his name here), what the heck is going on with you???? ARE YOU interested in me, or NOT????? 'Cuz, I can get half-a-dozen other guys to give me attention... but I gave YOU "first dibs" because I thought you looked HOT.... Now... are you - or are you NOT - interested??????"

 It depends on the guy OP,
Some do wait like a week or two just soo they don't seem too keen or 'too interested',they want to play it cool..
While some others would text you right away and drop many hints to show your interested!
I like such men btw:) be bold,express your feelings..no time for games!
BUT OP given that there might be some who wouldn't contact you at all..
So they aren't interested,no point thinking over it,and wasting your time!!the faster you accept it the better!

Impossible to say, he could be busy, could have been blind drunk, maybe got other offers, we can't say.

Some do, some don't.
A lot believe in the 3 day rule. Before that and you're too keen, after that not keen enough. Personally I always send a "lovely to meet you, I had fun last night, talk to you soon" message the day after, although I have been known to send one as soon as I got home.
I have in the past waited a full week, or even more though.
We can't say with this guy though, OP, everyone is different, you're just going to have to tolerate to torture of waiting a little longer or maybe even for good, who knows?
