Purely coincidental I would say.Are you by any chance doubled up when doing the deed? What I mean is... if you're in a bent over position, like in car for example ~ you could be straining stomach muscles. It's just a thought.Otherwise, go and see your doctor, tell him/her your exact symptoms and where it hurts, let them decide, but I doubt very much that there's a link with giving your fella oral.
