Hi there,
I agree with what most of the people say on here.
If you want to lose weight, best way to do it is to eat properly (loads of veg & fruit) and excercise. I find for me the best excercise is cycling/swimming as it minimises the stress on the joints esp if you are a little bit heavy.

my suggestion is for you to do some exercises including yoga. and try to play around with cloths and colour. i love a book called 'what not to wear'. it helps you to know what kind of dressing will make you look more flattering with your body.
people always say what is inside is matter, that is so true. but boys your age can be cruel. i know as i was in your position when i was your age.

It's wrong to ask whether boys/men (or girls/women, generally one sex) like this or that. Preferences are individual. I personally often find bigger girls - by which I mean plump ones, the ones whose whole body is bigger than "average" - much more attractive than thin ones, even if the thin girls have big boobs or whatever it is, that "should" seem attractive to all men. In the meantime, I know plenty of guys who are into really thin girls only. In other words, there's always someone who finds you good-looking, as well as there are people who don't. What actually matters is the personality of a human being.

I too am 14 and you sound good looking to me but there is probably also someone who thinks you aren't good looking.So just know that there is someone for everyone.

We like all girls of all shapes and sizes.
If you want to lose weight, do it for health reasons and not appearance. Too many girls ignore their health in order to lose weight because they think it will make them look better, when it actually doesn't.
Go to your doctor for advice on weightloss. You're only 14 so it's best you ask your own doctor how to proceed.
Just remember you don't need to lose weight to become attractive, you already are. Just add confidence.

yeah there's alot of guy's that like thick girls in my opinion. i know alot of guy's that perfer girls with big hips,big butts and boobs. thn a skinny grl and saing ths as a 98 pound skinn girl not as vulmpious grl. so embrace ur body.
