 Well with South Asians (Indians mostly) I've found size is not generally a problem. The guy who was eight and a half was Indian, in fact. For East Asians I suppose they might be smaller but the difference isn't more than half an inch on average. For a girl like me size really isn't a major consideration anyway, so big deal, I guess.

On average yes but there is a broad distribution of sizes for each race and so many asians will have bigger ones than many caucasians.
As for hair removal, this is a relatively recent thing in the west - watch some 1970s porn and there huge bushes of hair all over. My theory is that because Asian girls tend not to have hair on other parts of their bodies, hair removal is not something that they spend much time thinking about unless and until someone suggests that it might be time to tidy up a little.
