reader, anonymous, writes (7 January 2009): Hey, it sounds like a case of phimosis to me.It's not usually something to worry about, but if it's hurting him he should definitely get it seen to although there are other methods.I had it earlier in when I was between 17-18 and I read that going for a hot bath and stretching the foreskin bit by bit, day by day helps, and it does, my foreskin now comes back completely and handjobs from my girlfriend don't hurt at all anymore.Just a thought

Usually males have their penis circumcised around the second or third day after birth unless they're Jewish. Jewish males wait until their thirteenth birthday. It doesn't hurt most males because they don't have skin on top of their thing. If he's not Jewish he should probably get that removed as soon as possible. It's not going to kill him or anything but that extra skin has to be very clean or he can easily get an infection.
