writes:Right well here is the story i need help on and i hope pepole can help me:There me who is 16 and this boy which is 12 so 4 years younger than me. we met and the second day we went out because we really really like each other and i didnt feel right so i dumped him 4 days after.It upset him so bad and i feel bad for doing it to him and i still love him and like him but the reason is there is problems his 12 and immature but im nearly 17 and his nearly 13 and i serious don't have a clue what to do anymore.He keeps asking me out again and again and he says he loves me and he picks on my best friend but think his joking with her but she likes his best friend but for them 2 its ok because his only 2 years younger.Sorry its such a long story i just love him but what if my family found out and what shall i do if pepole take the piss or im not sure because his 4 years younger.I need helppp! xthankyouu Lovee nicole x

You are almost an adult, he has just gone to secondary school. You are at very different stages of development both physically, mentally and emotionally.
Think back to how mature you were at 12? What did you like to do? How would people react if he were the girl and you were the boy?
Remember, the age of consent is 16 for both male and female. If anything were to happen you could be charged with sexual abuse of a minor and be added to the sex offenders register.

I suggest you don't date. He won't even be as near as mature as you.
