A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

There was this girl in the old 8th grade who i think i fell in love with her. She wasnt really pretty but something about her i liked. I was new last year in 7th grade and she was the friendliest one toward me. She'd always smiledand staredat me whenever i looked at her. Her friends would always tease her whenever i came around and shed start to blush. Because of all this, that'swhen i started to like her. Now shes gone, graduated, and gone off too highschool and i cant get her off my mind. I have several questions to ask: Did she like me or was just being friendly, and why can't I get her off my mind when I hardly even knew her????

lilmisse2424 agony auntHello there,

Your story is quite cute. I think deep down you missed the opportunity to go talk to her. She definitely did have a hunch for you, in other words, she liked you. But, hey, do not worry! You can definitely learn from it or as said in one of the answers, ask her where she is going? Good luck!!!

younghelper agony auntWell first of all, it's pretty obvious she has a crush on you. If you build up confidence, you should ask her out. If it goes well, that's great! If it doesn't, well don't beat yourself up over it. REMEMBER: Don't fear rejection.

Well from what u've sed, it seems like she could hav liked you, but u it's never good to assume.

The reason you can't stop thinking about her is probably because you have become infatuated with her, and so you can't stop thinking about her. This is only a problem if u r upset about it or if it is affecting you in any way, but otherwise, don't worry about it! Would u be going to the same high school as her?

Anyhow, best of luck!

xx Hope xx
