We had sex about 9 months ago i sopose and i never had any bleeding the first time at all (I was a virgin) and a few days ago we had sex and I did have bleeding. That was the first time I have had any bleeding. I am thinking it might have been my hymen breaking but I am unsure if its possible for it to have broken after alot of times of having sex (I would assume like 30 ish). Is this in any way normal??

ok i would say its more likely that you were say for interest a little more rougher than normal and you breached youre hymen a little because the normally if that happens you get a little blood but in a few hrs it stops completely..or its possible you had a patch bleeding..our cycles can be irregular and that sometimes we can get a patch to let us know its on its way..im on the rod and sometimes it can be 6 months before i get a period and even then it might last two days or 2 months and it last a week.. but keeping a not can help to give u a idea wen u will be due but doesnt mean it will happen then all the time thats my opinion aphex xxx

I suspect the bleeding was in some way related to your menstrual cycle. The hymen is a ring of tissues that isn't fully closed, but nearer to the front of the vagina than the back (deep inside), so it's not possible that it was just suddenly broken or finally breached in some way if you have had sex 30 times. It's far more likely than you were ovulating or close to starting your period. If you are on the pill, you can have breakthrough bleeding at these times of the month too. It's a good idea to keep track of your cycle, and any spotting or cramps. Use your own codes, like MP for My Period, SP for Spotting, and note the length of time too. That way you will get a better idea of how your cycle works. It will be helpful if you ever need to plan a pregnancy, figure out a due date or if your Doctor asks you for any information about your body.
