Maybe they're not laughing at you the way you look Cause I've been at public places and have seen real silly looking people, or people that look out of the ordinary and generally no one around laughs. I don't think your problem is common. At all. No matter what you look like.
What may have happened is that maybe you had something stuck on your shirt. Or your pants were ripped. Or something funny like that. And you didn't even notice.

I'm so sorry to hear this, your confident seems completely shattered. I suffered depression not so long ago and am now only just coming through it. Ignor those people that seem to laugh they may not even be laughing at you. Look in the mirror and tell yourself 3 things that you really like about yourself. Do little things that build your confidence up walk in the street with your head held high and a smile on your face. If you look confident you will soon start to feel confident.

I think you may be being a little paranoid, it could be that these people are laughing in their group, rather than directly at you.Sometimes it can feel a bit coincedental sometimes, like you walk in a room and everyone falls silent and you have this major fear that they were all just talking about you, when you know thats an impossibility.I really doubt that are laughing at you, just keep your head up and don't let things like that effect you, i'm sure its in your head

hi, it seems to me that you have a little bit of paranoia, i used to suffer with it when i was younger and it got to the point where i wouldnt leave the house because i was convinced everybody was laughing at me, it's a terrible feeling to have but you can get over this just like i did, firstly you need to speak to somebody that you can trust and who would take you seriously, somebody who can help you to rebuild your confidence, somebody who can offer you plenty of support, maybe even go out with you, then you can point out who you beleive is laughing at you and they can then show you that they aint, the more you do this, the more your confidence will grow and your problem should disappear over time. hope this helps xx
