Yes of course you can and you can catch STIs in this way also. The only way of preventing pregnancy and infection is by using condoms. other forms of contraception do not prevent infections. This is why you need to use protection anytime you have any type of sexual contact. There are also some people who will say his precum can get you pregnant too. That's a later discussion topic. So for now, stay away from his precum too (the clear fluid that will come out his penis during sex).I'm assuming you were naked when moving against his penis. IF you both had clothes on - probably no chance of getting pregnant.

Yes, there doesn't have to be any penetration to become preganant, or to transmit std's.Also even if the male does not climax, he can still "dribble" (which is to aid lubrication when actually having sex) which can also impregnate you.
