 To baddogbj-why do men have to have to see women put in a subordinate/ subservient position? Why is it a difficult thing for men to report to a female boss, etc?  Sad to say that that sort of thing has been around for a long time and even sadder as Cerberus says that is no where near the most extreme end of the spectrum.
Relatively few men would particularly want to be involved in such a thing in real life but It is a sexual power fantasy. It's popularity in western countries has increased due to the increasing emasculation of men in western society and popular culture. I'm pretty much of the opinion that porn is a very exaggerated version of sexual acts of the 'everyday' variety.
It's been designed as an extreme escape I guess. I think in a way, women in porn are meant to be pushing the limits of what real life sex is - almost like
THIS (sex) is what you get in real life,
but THIS (porn) is a hardcore version of that.
It's got a link to something you've most likely experienced, but goes further in content (harder, messier etc) to make up for what it lacks in personal/emotional contact? They're two separate entities, that can exist side by side.
As for cumshots, bukkake is pretty extreme I've got to admit but if that's your stick then why not? As for just swallowing after general oral sex, I'm up for that and don't think it's as uncommon as so many people think.

I have no issue with my boyfriend watching porn, he has no issue with me watching porn, we have no issue in watching porn together - maybe that makes us unusual but hey, life would be boring if we were all the same :) And as far as I know, I have no serious childhood issues worth talking about either :D

 In porn movies the actors/actresses are getting paid to do it so I doubt that they really care one way or another.I am sure some women do this in real life who enjoy it. Some get off on being a "slut" or the humiliation of it. Some feel that they are "serving" men which floats their boat.
