I havent spoken to him much I just say hi and bye. he also happens to be much older than me he's less than thirty but hes still older and I cant seem to get him out of my head. I always catch myself thinking about him and when hes around all I wanna do is stare at him. Although he's like 27 I am still 16 . I know its not right but I still like him and I have lots of friends and know tons of girls who are dating older men. I really dont know what to do

Heya, you know what this is perfectly normal - I am 16 myself and going out with a 21 year old who I love dearly! And age does not matter - as long as you're happy then it's great, get time to talk to him, And you know what...your 16 almost an adult...get chatting to the guy :)

Every female gets that way at some point over an older guy. Be it a friend of a parent or a teacher, it's totally normal. However, seeing an attraction and acting on an attraction are two totally different things. I would say wait it out. For one, when you are 18 and he still looks yummy and you are attracted, then maybe it will be worth pursuing. Think about it: A man that age has lived. I mean like, he is probably looking for a wife and mother of his kids at his age. You, on the other hand, are looking for your junior crush or for your prom date. The both of you are in totally different worlds. My suggestion would be to wait it out. If you still feel the same when you are legal and done with high school, and if he's still single, maybe stepping outside of the box wouldn't be so bad.
