 As I'm sure you know, teachers cannot have relationships with students. If he did have a relationship with you, or even get close to you at all the following things would happen to him:
1. He would be fired immediately by the school and never allowed to come back onto the premises
2. He would be reported to the police by the school, who would the arrest him.
3. He would have to go to court for a trial where he would most likely be found guilty, and then he would go to prison for a number of years
4. His family and friends would disown him, never wanting to see him ever again because of what he did
5. He would have a criminal record for life, meaning he probably wont get another job ever again
So as you can see, none of this is good - do you really want this to happen to him? If you like him that much then you wont want to hurt him like this or jeapordise his happiness, so you need to leave him alone.
Having a crush is fine, as long as you dont try and do anything about it. There are lots of tall, attractive men in the world and if you find him attractive that is ok. You can admire him from afar! But you cant try and act on your crush, that would be very bad for both of you. He would end up in prison and you would end up being taken to the school counsellor, is that what you want?
Focus on your studies, and leave him alone. Try and find a boy closer to your own age to have a crush on.
