I know how you feel and that you would like to know. But in your quest you have to consider what this would do to your families. Both your parents' and his parents' marriages could be destroyed. Perhaps there are family secrets and other issues which could create serious problems for everyone. So keep it in mind. On the issue of how to find out if you are related, that can be solved by a DNA test. Usually a cheek swab or a blood test. Personally, I would wait until I was 18 and more independent and better able to handle the consequences. Because right now, your father believes he is your father. Then if his dad is your real dad then what? What if he rejects you because of the fact that this could destroy his family? What if the dad who raised you becomes so angry that he rejects you and leaves your mother? What will you do if your bio dad continues to deny paternity and wants nothing to do with you? Perhaps contact Childline in the UK for some advice on how to handle this potentially explosive situation.

Something definately smells fishy considering neither of them will give you a straight answer.. Agreed on the seeing doctor and getting a DNA test done. Good luck :)

The interesting thing is that neither of your parents will actually tell you whether or not you are related. You could try talking to the doctor and getting a DNA test?
