Is this true? I'm not on the pill.

If kept warm at body temperature (like on the skin or in a warm test tube), sperm remain motile for several hours.
Inside the female reproductive tract, they can live for up to 7 days.
Sperm are very sensitive to temperature and moisture and will eventually die outside the body, but since each ejaculate may contain as many as 750 million sperm, and it only takes one sperm to result in pregnancy, precautions are essential.
Ejaculation anywhere near the vagina, without condom use, should be a reason to consider emergency contraception.

There is a probability but it is very slim.Your hands touched those sperms and if they come into contact with your vagina, some of those sperms may enter and if you are very unlucky , conception may happen.
Those sperms are so tiny and you can't see them when you touched them while cleaning up.They could have spread to your vagina when you have contact with your hand.
Did you wash your hands thoroughly before you touched your below?
Accidents can happen.

Unless some got in your vagina, than probably not, go get on the pill or stock up on plan B if something like that happens again.

Chances are no, although that statistic of 98% of sperm die when they hit the air is pure myth, if it didn't get anywhere near the vaginal region chances are you are NOT going to get pregnant, however I do agree with the idea that you should clean up before anything else goes on.

Chances are not at all unless it comes in contact down there and manages to get far enough inside. As long as it stays above the waist you should be fine. Also make sure you clean up before you do anything else.
