My hubbie tall and well endowed and Im only 5ft 3 and a bit but we dont have problems so I doubt its soley to do with this. It could be that you are not lubricated enough and it causes chaffing but you would probably notice that too, it could be a medical condition like a skin problem or it could be he has torn his foreskin (if he has one) at some point and its still causing him problems. Try extra lube first and if this doesnt work I would send him to docs x

If being tight was a discomfort why would any man ever desire anal sex?
Yes obviously it can be too tight but I am fairly certain that you would notice this as well. Again the anal sex thing, long before the man starts complaining the female will often voice a degree of discomfort.
So I think you have to look elsewhere, if it doesn't hurt you, it is unlikely to hurt him.

I"m not a man but I know there are things like maybe the little bit that connects his foreskin to his penis can be quite tight and that can make it uncomfortable when it's moved back and forward. I think the only answer is for him to visit a (sympathetic) doctor and just be checked out ...
Him being big and you being small wouldn't do anything apart from enhance his pleasure, I'd have thought ....

I doubt it. Sounds like an excuse. He would need to be aberrantly huge.
