writes:Hello everyone, is it normal to bleed after a week ur period was done? Before the period i was really worried that i wasnt going to get it because i had sex (protected though) 2 -3 weeks before my usual period, but then i did have it. and i was super glad, now my period ended 5 days later and its been a week and now its even weirder, im bleeding again, but there are no symptoms. no tender breasts, no nausea, no cramps. I'm just bleeding, and its icky brown and bright red. does this mean im pregnant?. i know its dumb to think that i am since i already got my period after the sex which was 2 weeks away , but wat is this? i keep reading implantation bleeding but i did not have sex at all after my period, or am sexually active since then! someone please help?!

Nah, don't think you're pregnant. Sounds like you're probably just having an irregular period. Even if you always have a normal one, you can be irregular every so often. I was always normal until about 23 and I completely skipped a period and freaked out. Then I continued my period as usual the month later, and I wasn't pregnant. It's happened one other time since then and that was 3 years ago. I've noticed that having sex can make your period do weird things, such as starting later, sooner, or just skipping around and spotting. But to put a your mind at ease, take a test just in case.

I don't think you're pregnant. Don't get stressed or your periods will be even more messed up. Go to the doctor or take a test to ease your mind. Try not to stress because I think it's a slim to none chance you would be. :)
