writes:Okay so my husband and i are trying to conceive, and my last period was in january, i completely skipped over feb and i took 2 tests but both came up neg. i felt pregnant, my boobs are bigger than what they were before, enough for my husband to even notice, and i've been feeling nauseous, no vomiting, but just feeling sick off and on throughout the day, along with frequent urination, and other symptoms that even my husband has pointed out. and then the day before yesterday (when my period for march was due to begin) i started spotting. It's a bright red color and it's only enough to wear a panty liner, and usually starts around mid day and and stopping at night. (which is definitely not my normal period, i can only wish to be so lucky to have one so light lol) my question is, could i be pregnant, even though i had neg. tests after missing a period and now i have spotting? We've had sex throughout this whole time also.

 this is a tricky as without actual proof from the doctor you are not going to know.
the only way to be certain is to visit the doctor.
i have heard of a case however that when somebody is trying to have a baby and they crave that thing then their brain trickes the body into thinking that it is actually pregnant and all the symptoms of pregnancy start.
the only way to give yourself the clear answer is to go to the doctor.

 I highly doubt your pregnant, your spotting is probably just the begining of your period, its probably gonna get heavier but if your adamant that you are pregnant, go to the doctors they'll be the only people who will definately know.
