 There are lots of things in it :vitamin C, calcium, chlorine, cholesterol, citric acid, creatine, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, vitamin B12, and zinc. It depends on his diet what it tastes like people say it tastes warm and salty.Also, if he likes to eat foods that are heavy on the garlic and onions, he may want to limit these as well because they tend to produce strong odors. Diet may also be a factor. Heavy beer drinkers have a more "pungent" taste.
I find that when I am sexually charged and really into someone I care about; it tastes hella good.

 Hi i'm a bi male but i've swallowed sperm before and the 1st time I did it tasted salty but sweet & when I did for the 2nd time it was horrible it tasted like seaweed and rotten cabbage mixed together. My advice is to get him to eat more fruit and to drink less beer.

Anything from no taste at all to something I call peppermint seaweed. It depends on diet, length of time between ejaculations, whether you drink or smoke. It looks different as well. Anything from bright white and blobby to completely clear.

 If you're wanting to taste it but are nervous, here's a top tip (no pun intended), make some sweet food for your fella. The tatse of sperm very much relates to diet. So if you want to swallow for the first time, try making a fruity concoction (I'm not deliberately using words with double entendres!). You'll find it will tatse sweeter if you follow this. For first attempts stay clear of stinky veg! Apart from that yes it's a bit salty but nothing to worry about. It's warm and the speed it comes at makes you think there's more of it than there is. It's all about technique if you do decide to give it a try, but only if YOU want to.

reader, anonymous, writes (15 August 2006): Sometimes it doesn't really taste of anything, but generally it's sort of salty. Just as you would expect any bodily fluid to taste like; kind of similar to blood.I find if a guy has been drinking alcohol it tastes really disgusting.
