 You say that you ejaculated -- where? On her hands or yours? Both? Did you put your fingers inside her while you had semen on them? Just wiping your hands on your pants won't make her pregnant. I'd also suggest to you that before you involve yourself with a person sexually, you read up on how anatomy and biology works. Understand the female cycle of ovulation and fertility. Don't mess with things you don't understand.
