 It could be many things but then I'm not a doctor. I suggest a visit to your GP would be a good idea and the best way to put your mind at rest here.

 Do you mean its only started since rough sex with your boyfriend? It seems that is the most likely cause but if you had it before it could be the sign of an infection so best to see the doctor to put your mind at rest if this is the case.
