 This sounds pretty normal to me, unless the discharge was a strange colour or smelled really bad it shouldn't be a problem. I am thinking that it was your natural lube being forced back inside you where it was compacted giving it a higher density. This has happened to my gf as well when she is really wet, I notice that I get alot off her stuff on me after we are done. Just have some tissue close by to wipe it off after.

And yes it can be white and gooey, or clear and sticky, depends on the day. Some people think that some women actually ejeculate body fluid at orgasm as well as men.
