writes:Well me and by boyfriend are trying to conceive before he goes to the air force. we used to have sex a lot but now its only a once a week thing. I have a regular period. but I vomit, tender breast, and I also have a wetness that I think may be an yeast infection... its not natural. I never had a yiest before. I took a pregnancy test which cost one dollar from the dollar tree and it was negative. guess I'm not pregnant huh?

 Hmm I think you better go to a doctor and get a blood test done. Buying a preg test at the dollar tree... I would be skeptical that it would be complelty accurate. It would be a good idea to visit a doctor anyways esp if u thik u have a yeast infection. Good luck to you sweetie!

reader, anonymous, writes (9 May 2009): Well there are various things it could mean.. it could mean youre pregnant i advise a doctor... it could be because you've recently come off a form of contraception like the pill or the injection?

 Go to a doctor who will test you for free. Then you will know for sure.
Chances are, if your still having your periods and they seem normal then you're not pregnant. But it can happen, it's not impossible.
I'm 8 weeks pregnant, during my first 4 weeks I had thrush 3 times (never had it before that), EXTREMELY sore breasts and period like cramping in my uterus. My period arrived on time, however it was very very light. That prompted me to do a test.
Go to a doctor!

reader, anonymous, writes (9 May 2009): yeast infections are very itchy.. ick i jsut got my first one. Go to the gyno and while you're there they can do a pregnancy test probably for no cost. Don't rely on a 1 dollar pregnancy test.
And don't resent your husband later if you get pregnant and he's never there because he's in the air force.

 There is always a chance that you could be pregnant. Home pregnancy tests are never 100% reliable. My friend took two different brands of them and they both showed up negative, she carried on as normal and wasn't until she fell ill and was in hospital that the doctors told her she was pregnant! I'd advice going to see your GP and getting tested properly, and if its not pregnancy see a gyno about your possible infection. Good luck!
