Regardless if your hymen is still intact, if you've had a penis in your vagina (1/4, 1/2, 1/8 in) then you are not a virgin. The probability of you being pregnant in these circumstances...probably 1%. There's always a chance of getting pregnant, but you're probably fine.

 It doesn't matter if your hymen broke or not. if he ejaculated and the sperm got out of the condom and into you then yes you could get pregnant.
hoe much of his penis goes in, how long you have sex for, its all irrelevant.
Pregnancy happens when his sperm finds your egg and fertilizes it.
if you used a condom and he also didn't come then you are probably ok.

 Yes that counts and yes you could get pregnant like that however since you used a condom you will most likely be OK. Your hymen probably did break and that's what caused the pain. Next time have lots of foreplay and make sure you are really turned on and wet before he enters you which he should do very slowly. You guide him to how far in he should go and how much eerrr pumping to do.
