Why on earth are you having sex when you don't even understand the human reproductive system works? It's like getting on a busy expressway in a car you built yourself when you haven't a clue about auto mechanics.

Yes, you absolutely can. Men are constantly excreting sperm, to lubricate the head of the penis when aroused , much like Women when they get wet.
This liquid contains sperm cells much like the sperm that comes out when a man climaxes.
It is STILL very possible that you may be pregnant. In the future, practice safe sex as it is the second best way to prevent pregnancy.
The best way to prevent it, is abstinence. Which is always the number one option.
Best of luck.

There's every chance you can become pregnant. If you don't get your next period take a pregnancy test and in future make sure you use some form of contraception.
