HOWEVER, there's still a risk, and a risk of contracting an STD even with this slight contact you've had. Men release liquid from their penises even before they ejaculate, which contains small amounts of sperm, which is why there is a risk. I'm assuming, as you don't specify, that you didn't use a condom.
You should read up on the risks of sex in thorough detail before becoming closer to your boyfriend. The fact you've had to ask this question shows that you're not fully prepared for sexual contact. When you know what you're getting into and are willing to take the correct precautions then you can proceed, with caution. And don't forget the legal age is 16 in the UK.

It is highly doubtful, if he did not ejaculate inside you then no. However if there was any precum it is possible to get pregnant from that. you are way too young for this anyway, wait a few years when youre old enough and responsible enough to handle the consequences. Always use a condom, go on the birth control pills if thats an option, and keep track of your period every month.

You are very young to be having sex but I wont lecture you as you need advice about what has already happened. Hopefully you will be lucky and not be pregnant but you really shouldnt take risks like this. I know its easy to carried away in the heat of the moment but sometimes guys have whats known as pre-cum, this is a little bit of fluid that contains sperm which can leak out and therefore there is a small chance you could get pregnant this way, its not worth risking it. For the same reason you should not rely on him pulling it out before he ejaculates, also its hard to get the timing right. In future dont let him anywhere near you without a condom on not just because of pregnancy but because of sexually transmitted diseases too. x take care
