Yes. It isn't as likely, but it can happen. Also, condoms are the best thing to use anyway, unless you are in a committed, long-term relationship, you just never know. People can have an STD and not even know it.

Its not very likely but it could happen. Some woman do ovulate at the same time that they have their period its just rare, To make sure that you dont have a baby then just use a condom to be safe.
