 Well a sore stomach generally is not a symptom of pregnancy, especially after a week! You wont get any symptoms at all for a good couple of weeks if you are pregnant!
The chances you got pregnant from being fingered are so tiny so I am almost certain you wont be pregnant. But just wait until your period is due, if you are a week or more late then you can start worrying and take a pregnancy test. But once again I think it is highly unlikely and you are probably just worrying over nothing.
It might be a good idea to see the doctor and talk about contraception options, after all if you are starting to become sexually active then it is a good idea to take some form of birth control so you dont get yourself into scary situations like this again!
