Also my sense of smell has been very fragile and the slightest bad smell makes me gag, I gained a few pounds around my stomach and also I seem disgusted by foods I used to love. Now see under my birth control information guide it only lists nausea as a system all these other ones are pregnancy symptoms but the last time I had sex was about 4-5 weeks ago before I started birth control. We had used a condom and I had my period about a week after last having sex and then I took my pill. Could I actually be pregnant?

however nothing replaces your piece of mind better than finding out for sure! so i suggest you take a test anyway to be sure and then monitor how your bady changes as you get used to the pill if you arent pregnant

I think you will be ok, Its a very good chance that your body is just starting to react to the pill
If you had your period after having sex then there is a very low chance of you actually being pregnant
Go and see a doctor to be safe
Good luck

From the sypmtoms you describe, it sounds like you could be. It's possible that your condom broke or leaked.
Was the last period you had unusually light? Sometimes spotting occurs when the egg implants itself into the wall of the uterus, so perhaps you mistook this as your period.
There have also been cases where women continue to menstruate during pregnany.
Your best bet is to take a pregnancy test and visit your doctor. Keep us updated.
