Bigsis, I got a question, why is she holding her breath? Is that a new one for the DC manual.. Please speak to me and give me some instruction, I'm lost again.....

Me again....I'm sorry but I've just timed myself holding my breath for 15 seconds and imagined myself in the midst of having intercourse, that must be some intense lovemaking there.

Out of curiosity, what exactly is happening in them 15 seconds?
Sorry...ignore that, my bad?
Like the other aunts have said already, there will be no harm done to your baby, you'll be fine, if anything it'll get you in practice for when your labour pains begin.
Good luck and take care of you and baby 'bump'.

Part of the breathing routine is to take a very deep breath, then breathe out very slowly, then count to 5 before breathing in again thus conserving air. The whole cycle, when the diver is in a calm, relaxed state, can easily exceed 30 seconds, and I've never heard of any problems being caused by the practice.
Rest easy. There won't be a problem.

I don't think this will harm the baby, but then I'm not Doctor so I couldn't say for certain. Intercourse is perfectly fine whilst pregnant, but you might want to check with your doctor if you're concerned about the breathing thing.
