Well, it didn't hurt the first time we had sex (We did "Doggy style" then had regular sex) but just today, we had sex again (Yes we used protection) and it seriously hurt. He wasn't in pain but I know I was. Could anyone possibly tell me why it didn't hurt the first time but hurt when I did it again today?-Also, the first time, He fingered me before we had sex and today we went straight into it with no fingering or anything what so ever. Could this be why?Any advice is helpful!

That could be why, sometimes you need a bit of foreplay to be ready for a penis to enter you. Was there enough lubrication? That could be another factor.
Also, You could still be a bit sore from the first time you had sex and it just hurts to be in the same position again. Depends on how rough it was/how long it lasted.
I don't think there is a health concern. If you can you should describe the pain you were feeling.

That is probably why yes, foreplay is very important to making it feel good for you. You need to be wet enough and turned on and relaxed for it to feel right. If he does it again, make sure you do stuff before hand so you are turned on. If you need any more advice you can message me but I think you probably know what to do. I hope next time your experince is better.
