My boyfriend of 8 years moved out of state for employment. I helped him move this weekend. I have been supportive. He is not happy about the move. He has been unemployed for months. I have a business so I am staying. We are going to meet up when we can but I am having a hard time with it. I can't stop crying and I'm afraid for the future. I miss him already. We have had our ups and downs but have been together almost nonstop. I would appreciate any coping tips you might have? Thanks in advance:[

Hi there - um there is a similar strategy to when some splits up (I know they aren't the same - but similar in that the head gets in the way).
