I've caught him watching me 3times now and each time our eyes would meet and he'd look away.I really like him, I caught him watching me twice today. My heart stops everytime I look at him:)Thanks..xx

 Never mix professional with personal! It will make the work place VERY uncomfortable if you two hook up and then decide to break up.

He obviously likes you but is probably a bit nervous. Sometimes when guys are really attracted to girls they find it hard to act naturally around them.The fact he is looking at you and then avoiding eye contact when you look his way shows that he is interested in you but trying not to be too obvious about it or perhaps he is worried that you may not reciprocate his feelings.Seeing as you are interested in him though perhaps you could help him out by giving him a bit more confidence and self belief - maybe saying hello to him more often and engaging in a light conversation.Mention things in the future like what are you doing on the weekend etc. / ask him if he is seeing anyone.Hopefully this will help him to eventually ask you out!
