You weren't doing anything wrong. You were only lying talking, even had the windows down, nothing wrong in that. It's only your guilty conscience (because you were caught before) that's freaking you out. Taking a note of the licence plate is common practise. You won't hear any more about it and you certainly won't be kicked out of school so calm down.
I would make sure in the future that you are more careful where you get intimate though. If you had been making out that nasty cop could have made things very difficult for you (even although you weren't breaking the law.) Just be more careful next time.

Wasn't a church parking lot was it? I remember watching a TV show (some hidden camera stint) where a guy was making out with some girl (think she was a hooker) in the church parking lot. Two cops came over and beat the living hell out of the guy!

What do you have to be worried about if you're 18? You're there by your OWN will, you're 18, you're an adult! :) No one can tell you who you can and can't kiss, but perhaps you should find a better place to kiss this man. Or at least try another parkinglot, lol. I doubt you'll get kicked out of school for this.

That happened to me once when I was in high school and nothing happened. You definitely will NOT be kicked out of school. If it was that bad, they would have arrested you, not told you to "move along." You also will not get a ticket in the mail. If they wanted to fine you, they also would have done that right away too. Stop worrying and be more careful next time.
