 All i can say is dont stress too much about it (hard i know)
take each day at a time, track when your next period is due (from what you said its 10-12 days away) Then if you still havent had your period in four weeks then test.

The coil can also be used for emergency contraception up to 120 hours after unprotected sex so get to a doctor as soon as possible.
