In short, he proposed, she accepted, they were married way too quickly. She's and Irish citizen but has just been given her Green Card, she doesn't want it. The only reason she wanted to stay in the U.S was to be with him and since she found out he's been cheating on her from the second they met, she just wants out and to come home.I was under the impression that if she files for divorce right away he could be liable as it would look like the marriage was a fraud, it wasn't, and she doesn't want to get him in trouble. Will an overseas divorce take a lot longer then a normal one? Does anyone know whether the divorce will be legal in Ireland?thanks if anyone has any advice or experience

She needs to talk to a lawyer really. I'm sure if she mentioned in the divorce that he was cheating, he wouldn't get into trouble.
