Abstinence is a great idea that makes relationships grow closer together with a more intense emotional love that transcends the physical.

It is common to start to crave it more after you first have it, but you always have self control. Sexual urges shouldn't control you life. If you need it really bad then do it for yourself. You dont need another person to get that release. It is really sweet that you do care so I'm sure you'll learn to control it.

Your body has found something that feels good and it wants to do it again.
Try comparing it with... Chocolate (or something else like that). Before ever tasting it, you don't crave it. You might really want to try it, because people have said it's good and because your body wants sugar, but once you've eatten some.... You wants it more than you did before because it feels so good. :)
Sorry if that made no sence to you.
You're a sweet guy. It's very nice that you don't want to hurt anyone. If your affraid it is too soon fight the erdge. Tell them that you want to wait until they're completely ready.
God Luck hunny. x
