Sounds to me like you're fantasizing over guys in porn... or possibly someone that you do find attractive... but that many of the actual gay guys around you just aren't your 'type'.
Don't fret it. Maybe you just need to get a little drunk (to lower you inhibitions)... and then act upon yer fantasies. Perhaps hang out with your gay friends. If you have one that you trust... you might talk to him about it.

Yes it's normal. Fantasies are fantasies and can wildly differ from what someone wants in real life.
Having fantasies about men doesn't make you gay or bisexual, that only factors in if you'd actually do it.
