"What could I have done differently?" and such... because we seemed so happy together...I cried for 7 hours straight and only got 3 hours of sleep... then I woke up feeling sick and I still feel sick.So can one actually worry themself sick?

Oh yes! One can worry themselves sick, just like one can worry about being pregnant to the point where they are actually having pregnancy symptoms, even when they aren't pregnant. Until you make peace with yourself and try to move on (on your own time of course, can't rush these things, break ups are painful) then you may not feel as sick. Goood luck sweetie!

Hi, I'm really sorry to hear that :( yes you can worry yourself sick, I was sick non stop when me and my boyfriend split up but babe do not blame yourself and I know how hard it is but keep your chin up, do not put yourself down. Try stay around your friends or family and keep yourself busy. It will get better I promise you love. Goodluck xxxxxx
