 In some cultures, the presence of a hymen is the proof of virginity, but in the western world, most people think that the introduction of a penis into the vagina is THE definition of losing your virginity. So, unless you have a family background where the presence of a hymen is "proof" (ridiculous), then I wouldn't worry about this, Hun. Hymens are often broken by any vigorous activity, like gymnastics, sports, horseback riding, etc.
Now, how did you manage to slip a food group in here? And you know who you are!!! :-)

The hymen doesn't completely cover the entrance to the vagina. I can't say that I've ever investigated a hymen close up, but there's a hole in it somewhere that allows the blood and other fluids out. If that hole wasn't there you'd have a load of gunge building up inside you.
But back to your question - which was 'can you masturbate if your hymen hasnt been broken?' - of course you can. Masturbation is giving yourself sexual pleasure and is not at all dependent on whether your hymen is intact or not.
If what you're really asking is 'Am I still a virgin if my hymen has been broken through masturbation?' the answer is yes you are. You're a virgin up until you've had a penis in there.
I think what you need more than anything is a biology / sex lesson.

Yeah you can, as long as you're not inserting anything into your vagina and breaking your hymen. You don't need to anyway, to feel pleasure while masturbating there are other areas outside the vagina. (Ex. the clitoris, which is pretty much the female equivalent of a penis - or so my Health teacher told me. That's where all the pleasure comes from!)
