Yes there is a chance that's why we use condoms!

AIDS is not often spread via the mouth but if they had ulcers, sores or bleeding gums there is a small chance.
Go to your local GU clinic and get a test, and while you are there get a big handful of free condoms!

If another person gives you a blow job, it's unlikely you will get sick from it. HIV is transferred through blood, semen and vaginal fluid, not through saliva, so unless someone bit into your penis and they were bleeding from a wound in their own mouth then the risk is miniscule. If a person had an active coldsore on their lip then they could transfer that to your genital area (herpes simplex virus)or even thrush, if they had this in their mouth but again the risk is reasonably small and thrush is treatable.
If you develop any symptoms within a few weeks then you should consult your doctor for treatment. I also think it would be a good idea to brush up on your knowledge of sexually transmitted dieseases.
