Yes you can. It sounds like you have done it so go get tested and get tested agin in 6 months. Also a sure sign of one kind of common STD at your age is sores in your mouth so watch out for that.
I think you should hold off on that stuff. Oral sex is sex and one day you dont want to have to tell the man you love that you blew 15 guys. Waiting makes it special.

Use a condom or make sure the person you give oral sex to is clean from infection.
