It's like a little bubble on the inside of one of my vaginal lips.I had really rough sex for 5 hours. Lots of friction -- Great - amazing time. But a few hours later, the bump appeared and it was hard the first day. Now, it's soft.If it doesn't go away , I will go back to the gyno. I was just there last week and got the clean bill of health. This sex was the next day, so about 5 days ago at this point.Thoughts?

The UTI and yeast infection was not all.
I was just diagnosed with Herpes. HSV-1. The so-called "good kind". The one that 90-percent of the population has in their mouth and call "cold sores".
Well, apparently I have it on my vagina now. From oral. The sores are not bad at all, I honestly thought they were just cuts.
I'm awaiting more test results which will tell me if I contracted it within the last four to six weeks; (meaning from the new BF) or it was dormant in my system.
In the last 3 and 1/2 years, I've had two sex partners. The old boyfriend of three years and this new one.
I'm assuming it's the new guy. He didn't have any visible sores on his mouth, and he claims not to have STDs. I've read it's possible not to know you're a carrier .. And to be honest, up until now, I didn't realize that a cold sore was herpes. It's so much more socially acceptable on your mouth instead of your vagina.
Sigh.
Thanks for your advice.

It could be possible that there was some sort of friction burn internally that may now be infected or just irritated. Look for any sort of secretions and talk to your doctor. It sound most likely to be some sort of infection.

But another issue has developed. It hurts internally and when I urinate it burns. Assuming this is a urinary track infection. But is it possible to suffer internal injuries if someone's penis is too large??

I will keep an eye on it. I noticed it about 2 hours after and it was hard. now it's soft and moves a bit under the skin. the same color as skin around it. it's like a little ball under the skin..

Yeah that makes perfect sense. It is no different then a blood blister any where else but I would get it checked out if it doesn't go away with in a week cause it may have to be popped and that would not be the best thing to do on your own.
