I guess this is a question for guys. Why do some guys like to date many girls? I just don't understand how and why they do it. How about the feelings? Do you like one girl better than the other one and so forth? or how do you manage this? Do you wish one of them would leave you so that you can go on with the new one? How does this work? Are there no feelings at all? and if not, then why do you do it?

Uncle PJ agony auntThe simple answer is Mr. Downstairs. Some guys have a lot of male pride which gets boosted by attention. The more attention they get, the better they feel about themselves and the more sex they think they can get.

In brutal honesty, guys who do this have no feelings towards the girls other than they seem sexy enough to get into bed with them. They will continue until the girl has enough or finds out.

It's not a nice thought for you girls and I'm sorry that some of us are like this. I can only imagine how badly it must feel to know guys are constantly just rating you out of ten and how degrading it must be to be used for sex so they can feel better about themselves.

I can only say to you that you must avoid these guys at all costs. Sometimes the quieter guys won't be as good looking but they will treat a whole lot better and will actually have feelings for you other than the bulge in certain areas. Hope this helps, I hope this doesn't happen to you.

The Realist agony auntThere are definitely feelings involved but none of them are love yet. When someone dates multiple people at once it is like sorting through matches on a dating site. You don't do it one at a time, you go through groups hoping that you find someone who you have a real connection with.

janniepeg agony auntAnything you say about a guy could be applied to a girl as well. I totally understand where you are coming from. I am a heterosexual woman of couse I am going to complain about men not that I don't know women have faults too. To answer your question men feel that have more control when they have more options. Some have no intentions of a long term relationships. They just like to have a good time. They think, relationships are responsibility and too much work. Dating is pure fun, enjoing single life with no strings attached. There are people who think it is a modern way of thinking to do round about dating, but for me it's safe to assume that when a person does that he/she is not putting feelings into it, and do not intend to until that "perfect" person comes.
