I broke mine at the age of 14 by jumping in... a pool, yes... A pool. It hurt like a mo.fo. and i bled quite a bit. So anything can break ur hymen. Ive ridden horses a vast majority of my life and of all things it was a pool. Kinda glad though because i dont think i ever would have lost my virginity considering how much it stung lol.

 it's possible to break your hymen skipping rope, riding a bike, climbing trees, riding a horse or doing yoga... so yeah it's possible.
it does not make you a NON virgin (in other words until a penis enters your vagina you are a virgin)
and not every virgin bleeds when she loses her virginity.
