I don't think so, unless she has an STD or other infection you should be fine. However, you could either use a dam, or ask her to wash before you have oral sex - I think that's perfectly reasonable.

 Unless she has a yeast infection, I think you should be okay. But you can always use a dental dam or plastic wrap. It'll be pleasurable for her and you will be less freaked out about germs, etc.
