It's causing me stress where Im working, thats why Im looking for another job but Ive also got lack of money. Also there is lack of a relationship but its mainly the job situation and lack of money causing these issues- I cant sleep til late these days, I feel light-headed and dizzy sometimes when I get stressed. It feels as if someone has got it in for me and Im wondering what's going to go wrong next, instead of wondering when I'm going to get some luck.Ne advice wud be greatfully received.

Hey,
Stress can have dramatic effects on the body. Long term stress can cause things like:
* Chronic head ache
* Mood swings
* Anxiety disorder
* Substance abuse
* Memory disturbances
* Heart attack due increased blood pressure, sugar and cholesterol
* Stroke due to similar reasons
* Weight loss
* Exacerbation of allergies including asthma
* Decreased sexual drive
* Sleeplessness
* Increased blood glucose levels.
* Depletion of energy stores
* Flare up of diseases like eczema, psoriasis, arthritis
* Difficulty in concentrating
* Loss of appetite
* Anxiety
* Depression
* Outbursts of anger
Its great that you're getting a less stressful job. Also try and find a way to unwind! For me, whenever I get stressed I jump on my road bike and it clears my head because I focus completely on the thing I love and nothing else. Some people play sport, draw pictures or listen to music at full blast. Also make sure you eat healthy, NO JUNK FOOD! See if you can get up and go for a 20min jog in the mornings. I'm a physical training instructor in the Army so believe me when I say it will make a HUGE difference to your energy levels and general health. Best of luck :)

Stress can cause a LOT of different symptoms. If you haven't had yearly physical exam recently, I'd get myself checked out just to put your mind at ease that you don't have any physical ailments. Staying in a job that you hate is a really crummy way to live, so I am glad that you are looking for another job. I suspect that has a lot to do with your lack of vitality. In the meanwhile, make sure that you are eating well and getting out for some fresh air and exercise, that will help your attitude until you can make a job change. Someone wrote in to another question recently and suggested working for a "temp" agency. I think it's a great way to stay employed and have an opportunity to see some really good job opportunities and "try them out" to see if the job and the office "fits". Volunteering can be another place to find a job opportunity. Some groups also have paying jobs that are within the volunteer organization. Good luck with everything!
