You should get her a nice bunch of roses/flowers with a really nice card, perhaps explaining how much she means to you in the card. Go for a nice meal, or maybe stay in and cook her a really nice romantic meal with candles.
There's a lot of things you can do for valentines day. But I've never really seen it as a day to buy each other gifts, it's more to spend the day together and be reminded of how much you love each another.

I think that valentines day should be a little less 'presenty' if you get my drift. the necklace for christmas was perfect but i say for valentines day send her a beautiful bouquet of roses, sent with a lovely romantic note, and cook her dinner or take her out for a romantic meal. buy her a teddy bear/chocolates/champagne the works! women love the romance of it all! if you cook, put candles everywhere, play some romantic music etc. its what valentines day is all about, its not about amazing presents.
