IHateWomanBeaters agony auntDear Pinkgoblin15,

Exercise Science guy here.

It is not recommended, but you need a physical examination.

I recommend doing an elliptical machine

Make sure you go get a check up from the doctor.

PS Congratulations :)

In general, it is usually ok to keep up your current level of activity, but it should not be increased and you should hot start anything new....I've known women who jogged right up until their due date :)

The only thing I would worry about with tennis, is tripping and falling...so you should talk to your doctor about this. We are not qualified to give medical advice on this site.

Gridrebel agony auntWow, if you are asking this question on a public forum, you must not have a ob/gyn. In that case, get one fast. You should be on prenatal vitamins, practicing healthy eating and exercizing. All this information should come from an ob/gyn. Your doctor can tell you if playing tennis at your stage of pregnancy is okay considering all the many variables that might be in play in your particular situation. A public forum is not the best place to get medical advice for your baby and yourself.
